Who I am
Like many of the adults I support, I lived for years without understanding why life often felt harder than it seemed to be for others.
On the outside, I appeared capable and high-functioning. Internally, I was carrying anxiety, perfectionism, overwhelm, and the constant pressure to keep everything together.
My ADHD diagnosis changed everything. As both a therapist and someone with lived experience of ADHD, I understand how deeply these struggles can affect self-worth, relationships, and daily functioning. This allows me to support clients with both clinical knowledge and genuine empathy.
My goal is to help people move from self-criticism toward understanding, compassion, and a life that works with their brain instead of against it.
My sessions
My work as a therapist is grounded in one simple truth:
We are often hurt in relationships, and we heal through them.
As my practice expanded to working with adults, I began to see the same patterns repeating just in different forms. The ways we learned to feel safe, to cope, and to relate in childhood often become the “inner map” we continue to follow later in life.
Therapy with me is not about fixing; it’s about making sense of your patterns with compassion, clarity, and care.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and offer counselling to adults across Canada.
