Meets Clinical Expertise
I enjoy life with my unique brain even when it feels like too much, and somehow still not enough. Living undiagnosed with ADHD for many years taught me firsthand how exhausting it is to push yourself nonstop while carrying the quiet belief that something is wrong with you.
I’m Shadan, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over 9 years of clinical experience supporting adults in Vancouver and across BC. My practice specializes in Adult ADHD, BPD, and complex emotional dysregulation—helping you move away from chronic shame and into a grounded, supportive relationship with your nervous system.
I also work with parents who want to connect more deeply with their children and better understand their emotional needs.
No matter what brings you here, my intention is simple: to help you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.
